We had a great Easter, and hope you all did too! We had a great weekend together as a family. Had a yummy breakfast and watched conference Saturday morning and afternoon with Jer's mom and siblings, then spent the evening with my parents, Mckayla decorating some awesome eggs.
My dad is doing so much better, so happy to see that!
Then Sunday was so nice not to rush out the door for church, but spend the day hanging out as a family and enjoying conference. Easter fun wise, the kids woke up to their little baskets with new matching dresses and sweaters for the girls, and a new Sunday shirt and tie for Talm along with candy filled Easter eggs of course. And NO GRASS! Hate that stuff! Anyway....... :) Here are some pics from our Easter egg hunt. Enjoy!
The initial run for eggs. We made the smart move to assign them each their own color of egg to find, that way we didn't have uneven numbers or fights over eggs.

Mckayla scouting out her remaining eggs. The Easter bunny did a really good job with hiding hers. I'm happy she never got frustrated and gave up.

What a fun Easter. And what a great idea to put their Easter Outfits in their baskets! Might have to do that next year.
